We were confident that MUSIC SHOW would make amends for the Newmarket disappointment and did enough to prove that with a better draw in the English 1000 Guineas she would surely have been much closer. It was a shame that Mick Channon couldn’t wait another 24 hours to see if Kieren could ride and without being too critical of Ryan Moore it would surely have been beneficial to have a jockey that has ridden the Curragh track successfully so many times in the past.
We do feel a little aggrieved as we were arguably on the fastest finishing horse and again feel that Music Show was a little unfortunate not to win having been beaten only a head and a neck. Such is life. Next up Sandown on Thursday!
