Chepstow is a dual purpose race track in Wales. It hosts both Flat and National Hunt racing and is the home of The Welsh Grand National. The track is oval shaped and is run left handed. It has several undulations and is over two miles in length. There is a one mile straight for flat races of one mile or under. The National Hunt course has 11 fences.

The Premier Enclosure:Full access to all public areas of the racecourse including the Premier Lawn, adjacent to the Winners Enclosure and Parade Ring and directly opposite the Winning Post, putting you right in the action. In addition to this there is our brand new Premier Stand which includes a Bar, serving hot and cold snacks, and the new Premier Restaurant.
The Grandstand & Paddock Enclosure:As its name would suggest, this enclosure allows viewing of the Parade Ring and race track from a main grandstand. The Grandstand & Paddock Bar serves hot meals and sandwiches as well as beverages. This enclosure also has a variety of mobile catering units.
How To Get To Chepstow
By Road:
Chepstow race course is on the A466 Chepstow to Monmouth road, not far from the Severn Bridge. From the M4 East (Junction 21) or M4 West (Junction 23), take the M48 and exit at Junction 2.
By Train:
Chepstow railway station is only one and a half miles from the course. Direct trains are available from Gloucester and Cardiff and also from London via Newport and Bristol via Severn Tunnel Junction.
